Your Work, Your Evidence, Your Next Step

A new hire, a career move and a founder’s business plans call for different conversations. Tell us whether you are contacting us as an employer or an individual, what work you plan to do, and what immigration history or deadlines we should discuss. Start with the service that matches your question.

Our firm also handles family immigration and removal-defense matters. Contact the same team for help with a spouse or relative’s case, or an immigration court matter.

Questions Before You Contact Us

What helps you discuss an O-1 or EB-1A case?

Have a résumé or CV and a brief description of your proposed U.S. work ready. Identify records of your achievements, such as publications, awards, press coverage or professional contributions. These are examples to discuss, not a complete eligibility checklist.

Can an employer contact you about a planned hire?

Yes. Tell us about the company, proposed position, intended start date and the worker’s current location and immigration status. If a hiring or immigration deadline is involved, mention it when arranging the conversation.

I am a founder. What should I prepare?

Describe your business, ownership, proposed role, current operations and plans for U.S. work. Tell us whether your main question concerns work authorization, a green card or an employer-sponsored case. A business plan alone does not establish eligibility for a particular immigration category.
