Employment Immigration for the Bay Area and Beyond
Our San Francisco office provides a Bay Area meeting location by appointment for employers, professionals and founders. The firm also helps clients nationwide and abroad with U.S. immigration matters, with Richmond-area headquarters and an office in Washington, DC.
For an O-1, EB-1A or NIW conversation, have a résumé or CV, a description of the proposed U.S. work and records of professional achievements ready. Employers should describe the business, position, intended start date and the worker’s current location and immigration status. These are starting points for a discussion, not an eligibility checklist or promise of approval.
